3 Days Lake Mburo National Park Safari

Depart Kampala and travel towards Lake Mburo National Park. Stop at the Equator for photographs, the popular Equator experiment and an opportunity to browse locally made crafts. Continue to Lake Mburo, whose open landscapes support zebras, impalas, elands and numerous other species. Settle into your lodge for the evening.

Begin the day with an early morning game drive in search of zebras, impalas, topis, buffaloes, elands and other wildlife. The park also provides rewarding birdwatching opportunities. After lunch, take a boat ride on Lake Mburo to look for hippos, crocodiles and waterbirds including fish eagles, pelicans, herons and cormorants. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, enjoy either a guided nature walk or another game drive for a final opportunity to experience the park's wildlife and scenery. Afterwards, leave Lake Mburo and drive back to Kampala, marking the end of your safari.
