Experience some of Kenya’s most remarkable wildlife destinations on this 5-day Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha safari from Nairobi. The journey combines classic savannah game viewing, Rift Valley scenery, birdwatching, a freshwater-lake boat excursion and outdoor adventure at Hell’s Gate National Park.
Begin with a game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, a scenic Rift Valley park known for its lake, varied birdlife and opportunities to see rhinos, giraffes, buffaloes and other wildlife. Continue to the Masai Mara National Reserve for afternoon and full-day game drives across open grasslands inhabited by lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras and numerous antelope species. Lake Nakuru’s habitats support game drives, birdwatching and wildlife viewing around the lake, surrounding woodland and escarpment.
The safari then travels to Lake Naivasha for a boat ride offering opportunities to observe hippos and waterbirds.
