Experience Nairobi’s wildlife and conservation attractions on this full-day Nairobi National Park tour.
Begin with an early-morning game drive in Nairobi National Park, where open grass plains and acacia habitats support black rhinos, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, antelopes and more than 400 recorded bird species. The city skyline creates a distinctive backdrop for wildlife viewing and photography.
Continue to the historic Ivory Burning Site before attending the pre-booked public visit at the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust Nairobi Nursery. The nursery visit takes place from 11:00 a.m. to noon and introduces guests to rescued orphaned elephants and the Trust’s rehabilitation work.
After lunch, visit the Giraffe Centre to learn about the conservation of the Rothschild’s giraffe. The centre also includes educational presentations and a nature sanctuary. It is normally open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
