3 Days Lake Manyara Safari

Located beneath the cliffs of the Manyara Escarpment, on the edge of the Rift Valley, Lake Manyara National Park offers varied ecosystems, incredible bird life, and breath-taking views. Located on the way to Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti, Lake Manyara National Park is well worth a stop. Known for its elephants and tree-climbing lions, Lake Manyara is also excellent for flamingos and other fascinating birds in and around the soda lake. A Lake Manyara safari is a unique and fascinating experience, as the park offers vast ecological variety in a small area; featuring a ground-water forest, acacia tortilis woodland and hot springs called Maji Moto.

Day 1 : Arusha - Lake Manyara
After breakfast, you will transfer from your Hotel in Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park. The Park has a lot of diversity with in its small area. While in the park, you can have good spectacular vies of the Great Rift Valley, a lot of bird species and wildlife. Upon arrival, go for the afternoon game drive to search for different wildlife species especially the rare tree climbing lions which are famous in the Park. Dinner and overnight stay at Lake Manyara Hotel

Day 2: Full day game drive
Have a morning breakfast and depart with your packed lunch for a full day game drive with in the Park. Look out for the large herds of baboons, the prominent tree climbing lions, Elephants, Buffaloes, Hippos and so on. Retire to your lodge for refreshments in the evening and also for dinner and overnight stay at Lake Manyara Hotel.

Day 3: Lake Manyara - Arusha
After breakfast, you will set out for the game drive after which you will transfer back to Arusha. Drop off will be at your Hotel in Arusha.
