Arrival and Masai Mara National Reserve
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, you will meet your guide and transfer to the Masai Mara National Reserve, a drive of approximately five to six hours. Upon arrival, check into your lodge or camp, have lunch, and rest. In the afternoon, embark on your first game drive in the Masai Mara. Explore the diverse wildlife, including the Big Five: lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and relaxation.
Full Day in Masai Mara National Reserve
Spend the entire second day in the Masai Mara, starting with an early breakfast and a full-day game drive. You may carry a packed lunch or return to the lodge for a meal. Visit the Mara River to see hippos and crocodiles, and if the timing is right, witness the Great Migration. Continue exploring the reserve in the afternoon, seeking out more wildlife and scenic landscapes. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and a peaceful night.
Masai Mara - Lake Nakuru National Park
The next morning, after an early breakfast, you will check out and depart for Lake Nakuru National Park, a drive of approximately five to six hours. Upon arrival, check into your lodge or camp, have lunch, and rest. In the afternoon, embark on a game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, known for its flamingos, bird species, rhinos, giraffes, and lions. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and relaxation.
Lake Nakuru to Lake Naivasha
On the fourth day, after an early breakfast, you will check out and depart for Lake Naivasha, a drive of approximately two hours. Upon arrival, check into your lodge or camp, have lunch, and rest. In the afternoon, take a boat ride on Lake Naivasha. Enjoy views of hippos and a variety of bird species, including fish eagles. Return to the lodge for dinner and a serene evening.
Lake Naivasha and Departure
On the final day, after an early breakfast, visit Hell's Gate National Park for activities such as cycling, rock climbing, and exploring the gorge. Return to the lodge for lunch, check out, and depart for Nairobi, a drive of about two to three hours. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing in Nairobi before heading to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your departure flight.
