3 Days Queen Elizabeth Park

Queen Elizabeth National Park is understandably Uganda’s most popular tourist destination. The park’s diverse ecosystems, which include sprawling savanna, shady, humid forests, sparkling lakes and fertile wetlands, make it the ideal habitat for classic big game, ten primate species including chimpanzees and over 600 species of birds.
Set against the backdrop of the jagged Rwenzori Mountains, the park’s magnificent vistas include dozens of enormous craters carved dramatically into rolling green hills, panoramic views of the Kazinga Channel with its banks lined with hippos, buffalo and elephants, and the endless Ishasha plains, whose fig trees hide lions ready to pounce on herds of unsuspecting Uganda kob.

Day 1 : Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Your guide will meet you and you will straight away start your journey to Queen Elizabeth National park. The park is located in south western Uganda a place commonly known for the long horned ankole cattle. You will have a stopover at the equator for some photos and after proceed to the park and check in at your lodge. Enjoy lunch at the lodge as you prepare for an evening game drive within the park, get chance to view many animal species including the warthogs, bush buck, waterbuck, elephants, lions, birds and many more. Have a chance to enjoy the great views of the savannah park with green grasslands. After, you will return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Morning game drive, nature walk and a boat cruise in the afternoon
We shall wake so early in the morning, proceed to the park to engage in an early morning game drive to view the early morning risers in kasenyi track, get chance to view many animal including; lions, elephants, solitary buffalos, kobs, antelopes, etc. these animals can be view at a closer range. Return to the lodge for breakfast and lunch as you prepare to enjoy a boat cruise along the Kazinga channel in the afternoon, were your eyes will be fed with variety of water animals and birds. The wildlife species include; the crocodiles, hippos, buffalos, pink backed pelicans, saddle billed stork, the malachite kingfishers. After, return to the lodge for your dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Departure
Have breakfast early enough and after go for chimpanzee tracking in the beautiful Kyambura gorge. You will find many shy primates in the dense forests in the valley. Later, have lunch before starting your journey back to Kampala, have a stopover to buy some souvenirs there, after proceed to Kampala arriving in the late evening.
